After a deadlly kickboxing match in which he killed his opponenet, Joe Highhawk has quit the ring and returned to the land of his Indian forefathers, the desert. Now he works as a border deputy, busting smalltime drug dealers. There's just one crook who has managed to escape him, Santoz, a ruthless gangleader and international coke dealer. When one of Santoz' assistants, the beautiful young Claudia, steals a fortune in drug money from his Swiss bank account, she flees across the border with Santoz and a posse of his most lethal hitmen in hot pursuit. He thinks she's an easy target, but there's one thing Santoz hasn't counted on, Joe Highhawk. Explosive kickboxing action takes the desert by storm as Santoz' henchmen come face to face with Highhawk, in a no-holds barred fight to the finish.
