No good torrent site is complete without projects, and CG is no exception, not least because our userbase is largely plundered from another site with a reputation for projects.
The new bonus system
Projects are given a different bonus class dependent upon how complete they are, which manifests itself as a bonus to uploading and downloading, so you've got no excuse to not download them all.
If you're still confused by all this bonus crap: if you download a 100mb torrent and seed it to 1:1, and the torrent has a 40% bonus, it'll count as 60mb downloaded and 140mb uploaded. If you're still confused then I'm not wasting any more keystrokes on you, you cake molester.
Additionally, any full set of an actor or director's work is eligible for a 40% bonus. If you upload something of this nature, let us know about it here (check the OP before posting).

If you upload a fill for a project, edit the wiki page with the relevant information. You will need to register an account on the wiki before being able to edit it. If you want to upload a fill which someone else has put their name down for, then by all means go ahead, but you may want to PM them first.
Once a project is complete, all the individual torrents will be deleted to encourage people to seed what they have on the full collection torrent. If one of your torrents gets made obsolete or if you just fancy helping out, consolidate the description (and any other information if necessary) into a wiki page and replace the torrent link in the main project page with the link to the wiki article. You can make a new page for a movie here.
Wanted: Fast Internets
Got a fast interweb superhighpipe and plenty of drive space? We're looking for people who can commit to downloading every torrent of the projects (or designated large chunks) and seeding full collections of them. If you can help, let us know here.
Starting a new project
Projects must be a compilation of at least 10 movies with some common theme. If you have an idea for a project, post it in the Projects Forum. If you get some interest, staff approval, and you can provide several of the movies on the list, then make a new page for it here:
The Project page should include a description of the aim of the project and a full list of everything which is to be uploaded. Update the page with appropriate links as movies are added.
Making it Work
To get your project to appear on this page, simply add:
{{tag>wiki:projects}}
to the bottom of the page. It will be moved into the appropriate section once more films are uploaded. The name of the page is taken from the first heading in the page.
